I don't have a set routine or a specific time I eat watermelon. I'll cut a whole watermelon into cubes and place them in a container. Then I'll eat whenever I feel the need to. The first couple of days, people will eat a lot, but then after that, they'll notice that they don't eat as much. This is primarily due to all the waste removal. Once your body starts cleaning out all the waste, it begins to absorb food easily, and you get full faster. My best advice is to listen to your body.
